I got this little gem today - under my real information - followed by the next message listed under it

Unfortunately, during the suspension you won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

For a safer trading experience, selling limits are occasionally placed
on accounts.

Sellers who have a good track record on the site and are confident in
the authenticity and origin of their items may be eligible to have their

As you guys can obviously see I brought this on myself by contacting eBay about lifting my limits and using the PayPal linked account to pay for DHgate merchandise. (ok everyone, laugh at the noob now :pound:- it is expected and welcomed LoL)
Oh well I guess you live and learn. My question to you guys is -
Is there any hope to get my account reinstated or is it all hope lost?
Should I just start Stealth?

I bought eBay Stealth 3.0 a while back (I guess I saw this coming sooner then later)

I have a feeling I am going to know a lot of you guys pretty well in the next few days/weeks to come so I would like to say hello to everyone, Hope you guys can accept a noob into the crowd!:thumb:

Read the Stealth Guide 3 times. Then ask questions.

And never use anything linked to PayPal or eBay to pay DHgate. DHgate is known as the counterfeit capital of the internet.

Thanks for the response. That is what I suspected. I will do just that, I am not the type to expect to have someone hold my hand and tell me everything I need to know just like that. I look forward to talking to you guys as it looks like I will be on here often. I am not just going to lay down and take this garbage from eBay. Sitting on too much stock.

eeeeeeeeesh.......you should of suspended yourself for pulling that one. Thats like counterfieting hundred dollar bills, then going to the secret service and asking them to make change!

Looks like I will be on here for good if I want to keep playing this game. I'm pretty sure that all hope is lost on these accounts but still in the "playing dumb" stage. Let's see what they say. I'll update this thread when I get another response

What about ioffer? Do the items show up on paypal when ordering from ioffer?

I don't know never tried that yet, I've only sold on ioffer, I just might try that sometime, dropship on ebay through ioffer, might be alot riskier than the china sites but if you know what you're doing you just might be able to work it out.

I have Posted it MANY Times--DHGate and sites like it including iOffer are POISON, if Ebay or Paypal get a "Whiff" that you are Doing business with ONE of these sites they will Find a way to BOOT YOU

Make a paypal just for buying..do not use it to sell. I do this and for the most part its ok..

I got booted too...Let me tell you this place will give you a WEALTH of information...I read the forums a number of times day looking at the new posts just for knowledge...You must reread the stealth book to keep it fresh in your mind and read the forums to stay up to date...What works today may not work next month...I have gotten much help here so, ask away and I'm sure people will be glad to help you...

Find a legit wholesale company like doba and sign up with them and when ebay asks who is your agent you have proof doba is and you show them your membership with them or any other legit wholesale company.

I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK THIS MORNING!!!!

OK so I got the account back, with no inquiries for CC statements, ID, nothing. On top of that there is a claim filed questioning authenticity of an Item. Now from what I read on this board this was dam near impossible. I did absolutely nothing to get the account back other then playing dumb newbie. Now it has me thinking all kinds of stuff.

Is this a MIRACLE or a TRAP?

I am lost for words, paranoid like a SOB. What should I do? Obviously I am gonna lay low for a while. This is all my real info so you guys can understand my paranoia. I can get a ton of crap to sell that are Non-VeRO items but I am still a real worried about this account.

Walk away or tread lightly?

They did not specify any selling limits, nothing. I haven't tried listing or anything, don't know how that will go. We'll see.

Any recommendations or advice will always be greatly appreciated.

DO NOT sell on the account for a while (at least 60 Days), But do some Buying, Then start to list Something Different and New, and of Course List S L O W L Y

Use your account for buying only - like ebay33 had mentioned. I kind of feel that if you do a withdrawal you will be limited. My suggestion to you sir.

You guys are awesome with these lightning fast responses. I will take your advice and do just that.

@rsot - whats crazy is that in a panic I cleaned out PP the first chance I got, before reading these boards. And I still got this account back.

I will tread lightly and def just do some buying for a while on there. There's a bunch of crap I need anyway so this looks like the perfect opportunity.

I will keep you guys posted if you would like. If this situation can help anyone out I would be more then glad to share with you guys.

Wow you managed to clean out the PP? Or is it still Pending transfer...if it is, I would not celeb just yet. But I hope it works for you well.
