I've been on ebay since 3 years. Never any problems until a couple of weeks ago. I had a car accident and spent some time in hospital. During this time some auctions ended, people paid and got nothing. During this delay of delivery of course I got several bad feedbacks and complaints. My ebay account and paypal are now closed. Will they reopen my accounts? What can I do? I emailed them but got no reply. I urgently need my account back to make money.

Is this account using your real info?

Best bet is to call eBay and Paypal directly explaining your situation and hope for help like that. Best shot.

Unfortunately, eBay and Paypal are beasts when it comes to suspension and closing. They have heard this excuse before too...this forum has also heard this excuse =(

I hear your woes - did you refund money and handle all orders?

Yes, of course people got their money back. Problems with clients are solved. The account info is real. I didn't see any reason to open an account with wrong info.

Well still contact ebay and paypal directly - you don't have anything to lose now. But you see why we discuss all about new stealth accounts here.

No one likes these companies having personal info.

If both accounts are real, you certainly wouldn't have a problem providing proof of the accident as well as your hospital stay. As long as the customers got their money back, what would be the problem? But with Paypal and ebay we all know how understanding they can be.

I just wanted to point out i had a transaction that i got negative feedback for because i was in the hospital not available internal stay and emailed a buyer and he didn't care. he said sorry, but your illness has nothing to do with this transaction lol. stupid ebayer. hope he learns the hard way one day that if your in bed without computer access and a tube in your throat for a few days that you really can't do jack.
