so many bank accounts?
 

One question..all those people who have multiple Ebay accounts how do you get so many bank accounts to go with all of those paypal accounts? and do you buy like 30+ visa gift cards in order to create seller accounts too?

That's what i wanted to ask.....every paypal accounts we need to veirfy with bank accounts.how did you do that?

I know some people here like ING. Some people here say you can open countless ING accounts. I open a free checking account at every bank that offers it. Some online, some in town.

Yes I have no trouble obtaining 30 gift cards. You can still spend the gift card money so they only cost 4-5 dollar activation fee. They only need one dollar to verify the gift card.

I think it's just a matter of opening different accounts with different banks.

Right now I have 16 active bank accounts with about 5 banks total. And another 24 bank accounts that I have never used with PayPal ...for future accounts. So I don't need to run to the bank every time if they close one of my accounts. So that's 40 bank books right there. I put little stickers on them so I know which one belongs to which PayPal account :D

The banks here don't mind if you open a lot of bank accounts, from what I hear they get more funds from the government the more accounts they have, so they prefer you to have more accounts. Plus, I get a freebie like a free bag or a free watch or something everytime I open a new account.

Now, cummon, just admit that's the only reason you're opening these accounts :D

My wife suggested we open a shop just to sell all the freebies we get :D

Sell them on egay. Accept a gaypal payment for selling the items you got free in order to setup that gaypal account in the first place :p

The banks here in the USA will flag you if you open too many bank accounts within a certain amount of days. It is ridiculous! They put you in chexsystems as potential fraud.

I expect it's the same in the UK as well, I know they are very tight on money laundering.

the US is turning into a police state faster and faster... its retarded.. soon you opening a 2nd bank account will label you a terrorist and send you to guantanamo.

i have 6 accounts under my name - each one for a different paypal account, and i open them all from my online banking with 2 clicks of a mouse.

couldn't you get a business name in the US and open a few accounts with that to avoide the chexsystems crap? then make another business name and open a few uner that one too.

if you are opening a seller account with git card CC. why you need more then one papal account, if you don't link it by going to my account on ebay and going through eBay on paypal and putting your password and confirming it. they can't ban or force money out of your paypal account just because you are collect money from buyers with just a paypal email address, plus you can delete that email and it will unlink you right. or am i wrong. thank you

LOL well it's getting worse but it's not as bad as you seem to think. As of right now I have accounts with 5 separate banks and nothing has happened. Three of them were opened entirely online.

For papal accounts, do you have to go to Vatican City?

if you never joined eBay and paypal account by going to "my account" on eBay. can ebay ban your paypal or withdrawal money after 180days or which ever, if all you did is use paypal email address on ebay to collect money on seller account.

i even delete that email from paypal too.

question, what gift card work best with ebay, or easy for verification. and i guess your gift card and eBay first and last name must match or does it matter.

I hear that the gift2go.net cards are working okay for any address you put. These are the Visa gift cards that come in $30 denominations at the lowest, and the packaging has pictures of balloons on the front.

Vanilla Visa used to work but I hear things have changed recently.

I use Wamu myself. The guy at Wamu who opened my first account for me. Said "Its easy to open new bank accounts on your main account for paypal and stuff you know?" I busted a gut laughing. He said I could open as many as I wanted and close them when I was done using them and open some more.
