Ebay Account Suspended Seller Non Performance
 

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has any tips for my suspended account?
It was suspended 6 days ago for non-performance.
I was told I have 30 days to improve it. Of course, I cant improve it much since I am unable to sell...

I have contacted 3 people I was able to who have left a negative/neutral.
I refunded all 3 buyers prior to making contact. I then asked if they would mind revising their feedback, and they were able to keep the item. I heard back from only 1 buyer who revised his feedback. The other 2 I had no reply.

No Idea what to do :(

I understand I can get a "stealth" account, but would prefer to try and fix this account in the 30 days they have given me.

My data on the account is as follows

I believe that this is where your problem is more so than your feedback, but there are others here that know far more

Your feedback and DSR to me don't seem to be a problem. TRS, only have to have 4.6.

See if you could get your all your Neutrals Changed to a Positive, Specifically the Last one, Because Ebay ONLY looks at your account performance over the Last 30 Days, They Do Not Care what it is "Overall" only Recently.
Although Neutrals ane not calculated as Negativies,,Inside Ebay they look at Neutrals as a "Negative Buying Experience" as Quoted to me by an Ebay rep about 4 Years ago

Thanks very much for your replies. Not having much luck with getting the neutral feedback removed (the last one) . I have sent the buyer a full refund. I have emailed him twice, phoned him (he said he would call back and didn't),and sent 2 text messages. I dont really want to be seen as "harassing" this buyer. Not sure what else I can do, I am really stuck :(

One buyer said if I gave him a full refund he would be happy to remove his feedback. I gave him a full refund, but the time has since lapsed that he can change his feedback, and he doesn't seem interested in helping me now I have refunded him (wont reply emails etc)

Your DSR to me doesn't seem that bad. Can you sell on this account at all?

How logn have you been suspended for? 30 days? If so, contact eBay after the 30 days and you will be reinstated. Forget pushing these buyers to do much - since you have already tried.

You need to focus on selling cheap items for solid feedback after reinstatement. Search eBay + these forums and you will see how to do it properly.

Id say that you already Harassed The Buyer,,,,Did you send Smoke Signals as well??
