hi Ive had one of these this morning but theres no other info just trademark violation

no details on the person who has done it or the word Vero mentioed

but whats bothered me is the item I was selling is legit

where do i go from here there obviously sitting waiting for me to relist similar

I can only imagine its a competitor as I had some for half price

I cant believe ebay allows tip offs from general users and goes with it!!!!!!!!!!

Believe it - read the forums - lots of cases of this.

If you really want to relist, wait for the e-mail eBay will send you about trademark violation - get in contact with the party involved (patience, e-mail will come). Then continue on after approval.

If you don't want to wait and contact, you're done with this listing on this account...reading between the lines of my statement and make moves from there.

I also got the MC019. If I cool down my account around 3 weeks, can I be able to resell the same itmes again?

You can but be aware you might be hit with mc019 again. You might be ok or you might be hit with few day suspension. Always a risk.

I got hit with this notice on a stealth account a few days ago, but it was microsoft vero member. I had too many single listings. The weird thing is they left one of the listings, but took the rest of the same away. I got hit with a 7 day seller suspension and thats it.

why do you know notice from microsoft vero member ? they directly give you email ?
