ebay actions after my suspension
 

Holy ****..what do I do? I got this message in my ebay after I was suspended.

Additional information:
"i received an email from ebay telling me to start a resolution to get my money back. i did not contact the seller, the form wont accept a NO, keeps changing it to a YES. anyway. the disc i received had been burned it wasn't an original. then i received your email."

DO I close out my ebay account? PayPal Account?

Is everyone going to ask for a refund? Im screwed if they do...I dont have the money in there....

Im up to five refunds already and paypal has deducted $100 cold cash...already.

ebay did that to me too. EVILBAY.

Did you ship the items yet? If not, send them a refund. If you have supply them with the tracking number. If you haven't shipped and still want the sale, contact them directly to make payment another way. Like google, paymate or a stealth paypal.

If you shipped, provided them tracking and they still file claim, you will have to determine if you eat it or close the account and move on.

If you move on, you need to close the bank account and call your credit card company and tell them you lost your card.

You mean the accounts are still open?

eBay considers copyright violations severe, it usually does not take more than ONE to get you suspended.

If you want to keep the account, and if eBay does not close it, then make sure that everything you sell on it is genuine. A second instance of this would definitely be the kiss of death.
