My plan for getting back on eBay UK
 

Below is my plan for getting back onto eBay UK. Any pointers/advice would be appreciated.

The items I sell on eBay are not VERO items and I plan to pay my fees. I want this account to last long term.

So far I've created another eBay and Paypal account. I did this from work so it has a new IP. I also used a variation of my name and my work address and phone number.

I have a bank account and credit card I hadn't used before so I used these details.

Paypal has verifed my bank accounts.

I bought a few items on eBay without any problems. I then listed an item for sale and it listed ok. It didn't ask me for any verification at this stage.

Evenually I want to be listing around 40 - 50 items per week on eBay (of low value £10 - £40). I was going to use Auctiva for this so I can list at home and then anytime I had to login to my eBay account I would do this from work.

I would like some advice of how many items to list now and how fast I should increase this number?

Also, at what stage will my Paypal account be limited, is it when my balance reaches a certain amount or when a certain value of money has passed through it?

Don't bother with library, just get a different ISP for dial-up.

I'm accessing eBay from my office not from the library.

Edit - I should also say I can dial into my computer at work from home so it isn't too much of an inconvience.
