ebaymotors is still part of ebay. Have you had other accounts suspended before? Have you a common name?

More info needed...:spy:

Are you sure the e-mails are actually from eBay? Have you logged onto your eBay account? What does the message say in your eBay messages (not your e-mail messages)?

Sounds like a phishing attempt.. don't click on any links in those emails as they could be ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and only there to capture your login details.

Any update?

Isn't your registered name and ebay user id always included in "real" messages from ebay?
Same with Paypal?
I almost fell for one once, even logged in using the link in the email and lucky for me I immediately realized what was going on, logged into ebay for real and instantly changed my password.
I think years ago on my very first account I fell for a phishing scam because all of a sudden one day I couldn't log into my account and the email for recovering the password was not an email that I had. Then a couple of months later I got an unpaid item strike on something from an ebay UK auction.
The odd thing was that I couldn't recover the password (scammer obviously changed it) at my registered email, but the unpaid item strikes where delivered there.
Eventually one of my (pre Aspkin) replacement accounts got linked and took the old original hijacked one with it...still trying to figure out how all of that happened.
