DSL Dynamic/Static IP Changing

Hey guys, banned on ebay about a year ago for the Non seller performance policy.

Just bought a new PC and decided I wanted to ebay again. I still have the same IP as before. I use ATT/Yahoo DSL, meaning my IP is always the same. My question is if I called ATT and asked them to change my static/dynamic ip (which one doI have?), would that method work and protect me from not being caught on ebay?

Also, if I was to enter a false adress, how would I buy items and have them sent to me? Is their any other method instaed of buying a PO box I can take?

thanks

Why don't you use VPN for different IP. Try to use a VPN coz it's better than anything else.

Can you explain to me more about VPN? I never heard of this, and how is it better than physically changing the static ip

vpn makes a secure connection from your computer to the vpn company, your data travels to the vpn company and then from there to whatever your destination was, same on the return trip back, therefore what the destination website sees is the vpn companies ip address. this works kindof like a proxy except 100000% more secure and faster.

here's a good one, really really cheap:
WiTopia Online

thing with vpn is that they probably are located in a different state than you, and your ip will be from that state which to ebay/paypal will be a red flag.

your best bet is to just use dialup. its slow, but it gets the job done:
Juno.com Juno Internet Service Provider of Free and High Speed Dial Up Internet Access ISP
NetZero.com Net Zero Dial Up Internet Service Provider offering High Speed and Free Internet Access ISP
Earthlink
