Dear Friend.

I started my ebay account on 2009 and i started to sell with my ebay account before 6 month.

And now it suspended because i Sold iphones but my all money hold after buyers paying me . so told them i will send items after release paypal Hold money money.
so after it they reported to ebay and paypal .
so i refund them but i havn't money to pay ebay fee. so my account suspended.

after it i create more than 10 ebay accounts but all suspended.


I have Dynamic IP

Now i going to Create a new account with New paypal account and new reg info.

can i sell with it ?

you're going about it the wrong way, 10 accounts got suspended for a reason, your new account will too.
Step 1: Buy ebay stealth
Step 2: Read ebay stealth
Step 3: Read it again

i havn't money dear :( that's the problem

Then read the forum. Take many notes and find the way. :peace:

you have to do the following:

1. Make note of every account you have with the ips you have used for each ebay and paypal you have logged into and compare what went wrong.

2. Make sure ebay and paypal didnt call you maybe thats why they suspended you because they coudnlt get a hold of you. So check your call records with the phone number you have provided.
