Making a New account in a Family members name after being suspended
 

Hey everyone, i got suspended off ebay about 2 months ago..
I have my wifes sister living with me who has never used ebay before..
Here is my plan, let me know if im missing something..

1. I have a brand new computer that has never been hooked up to the internet..
2.Opening a new bank account,email address in my sisters name, she has a different last name then me..
3. using a friends address who lives 15 miles from me
4. Getting a Wireless internet USB from tmobile to only use with the new computer seperate from all my other computers in the house..
5.Only planning on having 1 new account so i dont plan on clearing cookies of flash
6.Im gonna start off slow not sell for the first month just buy a couple higher priced items and use paypal to pay.. and then start off with $500 in sales the first month and increase by $500 each month until im up to 2500-3500

Am i missing anything here?

why they dont reinstate the account?!!?!

suspended for to many ebay claims..Long story short i got Effed when ebay changed the reimbursement methods and they emailed everyone to get thier money back when my account was suspended i got my account opened up again in 4 days but by that time had 18 paypal claims and 22 ebay claims against me, had 4 negatives and 2 neutrals that week also from buyers thinking i was a fraud..I decided to say f them and let the accounts ago instead of putting up with the headache of trying to get my money from 22 buyers who have the items
