Paypal Negative Balance with REAL name on "Alternate Address" Advice
 

Ok so I just had a buyer open an item not as described dispute on one of my items, and I have personally HAD it. I just dealt with trying to fix my one dispute I had and finally gave in and paid the difference so my Paypal would come out of negative and now this douche opens a dispute and my Paypal is now in -$600.00 and I give up.

they have stolen thousands from me over the years. The account is FULLY stealth ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ phone number, credit card everything.

My only problem is that I went to "my addresses" on Paypal and to my surprise I saw my real name and address listed as an "alternate address" on my Ebay and paypal page. I don't really understand why, my only guess is because a few months ago I had an item shipped to my real address and I had to sign for it so that must be the only reason. Well technically my real address that is listed is a PO BOX with only my last name and first initial.

Is there anything they can do with that? Or no? Just wondering if anyone has ever had an account go negative with their real address and name in the "alternate" address on Ebay and Paypal. But like I said the accounts are in a stealth name so I would think there is nothing they could do.

I wouldn't worry about it. Do they have your ssn?

Oh no they have nothing on me, all they have is my first initial and my last name in the alternate address with my PO BOX. I figured there is nothing they can do since the account is fully stealth, I just don't like having my name associated with anything though.

I've never seen them put it on your credit profile. You MIGHT get collection papers.... but I wouldn't worry about it. And unless it's like 10k... I wouldn't worry about it.

Names are a dime a dozen.... they don't link through the name. When I was 17.... wow, that was a long time ago... ugh ... anyway, I had child support papers mailed to my house, claiming I hadn't paid anything on my my 16 year old. No joke.... it was even a different middle name on the letter than mine. Point is... some debts are BS, and the name alone doesn't mean anything. Even if you have a unique name.

Ok cool, thats what I figured. I mean the only thing they have is my real last name and PO Box. And even that is just an "alternate address" But thats not even the name associated with the account, and its not like they can send a collection paper to a PO Box for a last name for an account that is in someone elses name.

they'll send a collection letter.... trust me. But if it's not the right name.... and besides, you can't serve a subpoena to a po box anyway
