ip address help
 

I have been reading the forums for some time now and I get it how to set up an account with dial up internet and with different IP address every time.

My question is this.

When you connect with dial up and you get an IP address then later on you disconnect and recconnect and you make another account with different IP address. Now you have 2 accounts with 2 different IP addresses.

MY problem is how do connect to internet with dial up and get the same IP address that you ahve registered the account with so that you can log into your account without any problems since the IP addresses are random.


I hope there is someone that can help me with this problem. It might sound stupid but I can't figure that part out.

you dont need to have the same ip address. You can still log into the same account with different ips, in fact its recommended because it lowers the risk of being suspended. Just make sure you dont cross ip's with accounts. for example dont login to ebay account 1 with the ip you created for account 2.

To avoid crossing the wrong ips with accounts make sure you record the ip you used every time you dial up and list it with the account used. I use both excel and flash cards

If the ISP has lots of phone numbers in your area, you get lots of IP ranges.

You really don't need to worry about that.

the dedicated ip is more expensive than dynamic's....also it is better that you can easily to change your ip when you want for work on ebay..
