I tried them and some of the other $10 a month ISPs. All those ISPs had unreliable phone numbers that would disconnect me in the middle of activity like crazy. It was hard to stay online more than 15 minutes.

Whereas more expensive ISPs had much more stable connections

Yes Peoples PC does indeed have fast dial.

isnt the fast internet just a prog which downsizes the pics and stuff

i know back in the day i had a program which did this with any dial up internet
