Suspended

My account got suspended today and they asked me to fax my info over to them for verification. I have tried a ton of times and the fax will not got through?? The number they gave me is: 877-349-1798. Any suggestions. Thanks!

I think you have the option to email that info. (or is that paypal only guys?) Are you dialing 1 with the number? Are you faxing at home? If so go to Kinkos. If already there, ask someone there for help. If the problem persists, ask them (eb) can you email it to them. Anyway, welcome to the forums. Good luck.

You need that 1 before the 877. Number works fine as of right now...
