Using an LLC
 

Hello, I have been trying to set up an account that will hold up to eBay (ID verification, etc). I got an eBay account about 10 years ago when I was a teenager, didn't know what I was doing and got suspended.

For the past 4-5 years I've been hiding from eBay and getting knocked off for that old account ties about annually.

I wanted to see if I set up an LLC with my real name as the contact info, a new bank account, a new credit card (all in the LLC's name) and new phone number, new IP. If all of this would stand up to a Paypal ID verify if it came calling.

I don't sell VERO stuff and now know how to handle selling items, mailing them out...so I wouldn't get bad DSRs, negatives or non-allowable eBay items.

Let me know what is the consensus before I pay to file an LLC, etc if you all don't mind.
