Ok, I think I have all this straight now, thanks to those who helped. I have someone else's id, I want to use on another PC with either a hidden or new IP address. How can I use my old PP acct with his EB id? can I just create a new email address and add it to my PP account?

They will link you so fast your head will spin ---- your old paypal acct will surely link your new ebay acct to your suspended ebay acct and BOOM suspended.

So that won't work, what are some other paypal solutions, open an new paypal account, with new info?

You can either open a new Paypal account or use a merchant account like Google Checkout, CCNOw, or Merchant Plus. The only problem you face not accepting Paypal is you'll need a merchant account statement. But there are sneaky ways around that, if you read through the forums.
