Holy Crap They Just Reinstated Me!
 

I was suspened for non performace. When I first got the warning email About 6 months ago I didnt use the account anymore after the WARNING. I was a powerseller with about 2500 feedback I was at 97.7%. So about 6 months to the day they suspended my account. I sent them a few emails rigtht away and the First 2 got ths same answer no you are suspended indefinatly! Well the third emails must have gotten through to someone different they said they are reinstating the account! But the only thing is I can use the account for buying only and not selling. But this doesnt affect selling on my other accounts!!! So I am back up and running.. It has been a scary week since I got the suspension notice. I didnt sell anything under any of my accounts just to be safe... The lady at trust and safty said that if I use the account to buy and build up positive feedback most likely my selling on that account will be restored! So I cant believe this happened! ALL I can say is keep emailing them if you are suspened!!! If anyone has any further questions of need more details please let me know!

I agree that its whoever answers your emails or who you get on the phone. I once got my Paypal limited I called and talked to someone and they wouldn't reinstate so I called back and got someone else and same thing. About the 4th call I finally got someone who would reinstate me. This works for bills just keep calling till you get the results you want.

Ebay right now lets non paying bidders go in and bid just to leave negative feedback and then file an "item not received" dispute in ebay to give you double bad points.

Feedback shouldnt be available till payment is made!
