Linking Ebay and Paypal?

Ok, i was suspended for linking me to another account that i had years ago, i used 2 different places to list from, home and a friends house, i have another friend in another house who will list for me, am i going to be ok using a paypal account that has never been used before (not in my name) but was created at a house that a suspended ebay account was created at?

This is a 50/50. I think you will not be ok since that address was suspended, but if you do get suspended and ther eis legit info you guys can go ahead and prove to ebay that your new there.
