Just suspended, need info from account!
 

My ebaay account got restricted yesterday, today is suspended, along with Paypal getting restricted. Not completely sure why, just had an account go super wrong just under a year ago where loads of drop ships sales went bad, the feedback got major low n was shut, think they might have been linked.

However problem is, day before suspension had 20 sales go through, was going to print of sales slips n invoices today, they were in the 'Payed and Awaiting Dispatch' part of selling manager. Now cant access this info, any one know how to get around this. All details of payments received are still visable in paypal, I can go through one by one, this the only way?

I would just give them back the refund since your account got restricted.
All my 5 accounts got restricted on ebay then bam pay pal restricted me too. I refunded everyone back...

It sucks because they called one account and I spoke to the person and he asked me all this verification question supposely to make ebay safer and my account was 1 yr old....then he said they were going to send me this email with process to fax more info... 5 min later they called my other 4 accounts got restricted...

I'm have no more accounts so I'm screwed...so I'm waiting a few days and going to open a new account to see what happens...

thanks bud, i can still read my messages in ebay, most are still wanting their product after receiving a message from ebay that i got suspended, which is cool, so im going to have to go through the sales one by one in paypal. IM only talking £10 sales but its £200ish all together so is going to take the best part of a day but is worth it.

So all 5 of your accounts were linked?

That's probally what threw up the flag and the reason you got the call in the first place.

Yeah, refund and move on to the next account.

Go through them 1 by 1 and post the items and wait 180 days for your money, but this is risky as your customers could file chargebacks or not as described cases and you would lose the case because you are already the "limited / suspended" bad guy.

My account were not linked. I did separate eBay account with different info and the same info went with paypal for each. They were all stealth account and somehow I guess they found out, don't how they did.

The guy said that they were other people in my area selling similar stuff but all my accounts sold different things.

He asked if I had more than one account and I said no...

My friends had several accounts too but they somehow linked 3 of there accounts and got shut down. And they live 45min from me...

Mind sharing what type of card you used to have it verified by paypal? help me out here

Had this happen a few times...it's called cleaning closet for IP RANGES. It happens sometimes. Also, this is why I believe some accounts are restricted for NO REASON except being in the same IP RANGE as an abuser.
