EB asked recent credit card statement,driver’s license

what should I do? I use XXX name, and address.
They limited my account for listing items. But i don't have these documents?
Any help Pls.

You need to get creative with some documents so you can give them what they are asking for.

I faxed them this documents too, but its been 8 days still has no response yet from eBay.
maybe after you fax the documents, you call eBay for faster response.. i hope it helps!

my account is not suspended

the account is 1.5 yrs old. EB only liminted it. All active listings are still there but not allow me listing again. and ask provide documents. I haven't Fax them, because of pass exeperience. Af i sent all their requirment, my account was suspended.
I don;t know what should I do this time.
