Default My Ebay Story

I was suspended from eBay after I got a notice that I was selling too much. I had a perfect feedback score. However Paypal kicked me off first for no reason.. They wanted me to send tracking info on items shipped (done) Confirm SS# (done) confirm location by calling my landline phone (done). I eneterd the tracking info before I went to ship the products. Before I can get back from shipping the products I get an email that my appeal had been denied. Well.... I didnt appeal anything... So I call customer service and get transfered around for about 25 or 30 mins. After someone finally talks to me, they say that my limitation is permanent and there is nothing can be done. Then I ask why and they say they cant discuss a decision with me... Well I thought it was my account but anyway. I refunded customers money (which totaled about $2800.00) I obtained a merchant account from authorize.net. When I sent the information in Ebay suspends my account after I send in about 25 pages worth of docs.

Dear .....,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your selling restriction.

We've reviewed your appeal and have decided that it is in the best
interests of eBay and its community to discontinue our business
relationship with you and part ways with your account. Our decision is
based on a thorough review of your eBay history, evidence from our
records, as well as any additional information you've provided.

We understand that you may be disappointed about our decision, and we
hope you'll understand that this suspension is intended to provide the
most positive trading experience possible to our community.

-- Note --
Although we will read any future appeals you send regarding your
suspension, we will not respond to your inquiries.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Trent

Hello ....... ,

We would like to inform you that selling limits have been placed on
your
account.

To maintain a safe marketplace, we sometimes request additional
identification, or restrict a seller’s activity, remove listings, or
suspend the seller’s account. These limits are not necessarily meant to
be a reflection of your account’s activity, but rather a preventative
measure.

We’d be happy to review your account and, if possible, adjust your
selling limits to allow additional activity to take place. In order for
us to review your account, I need to ask you to submit all of the
following information by fax (fax number below):

-A readable copy of the driver’s license, front *and* back, or other
government-issued ID.

-A copy of a recent credit card statement. Your billing address should
be visible, along with the first and last four digits of your credit
card number.

-Documentation that shows that you purchased or are in possession of
the
item(s) currently listed for sale on eBay. If you have many items for
sale, we just ask that you send two or three invoices.

-If your ID and credit card statement do not show the address
registered
to your eBay account you will need to provide specific documentation,
such as a utility bill or receipt (if address is for a mail forwarding
service) that does.

Important –

- Please make sure that your name and User ID appears on each document
that you submit.

Fax all documents to:

eBay
Attn: B001 Appeals
US number: 1-801-880-7018

- It may take three to five business days to review your information.

- All documents submitted will be destroyed after we review them.

We appreciate your patience cooperation in resolving this matter as
quickly as possible.

Sincerely,

Tony

MC139 Account Security Communication Partner Warning - ellettsvillefire

Hello $$$

Our records show that you recently contacted or received messages from hdfarmsllc through eBay's messaging system. This account was recently found to have been accessed by an unauthorized third party, who may have used the account in an attempt to defraud other members.

We've taken action to restore this account to the original owner, but wanted to let you know to be suspicious of any communication you may have received from them. Nothing is wrong with your account at this time ? this message is just being sent as a precaution. If you have received any messages from that appears suspicious, please feel free to forward them to us at spoof@ebay.com for review.

-- Safety Tips --
-- Don't respond to the sender, through either eBay or your email provider, if the message is an offer to buy or sell an item. This type of offer may be fraudulent, and the transaction won't be covered by eBay protection programs.

- - If you received what appears to be a Second Chance Offer for an item you recently bid on, and it appears in My Messages with the subject of "Message from eBay Member," it isn't a legitimate Second Chance Offer.

Real Second Chance Offers appear in My Messages with a blue background and subject that says, "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item...". Always check for both the blue background in My Messages and the subject line of "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item?" when responding to a Second Chance Offer.

-- Never pay for your eBay items using instant cash wire transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. It is against eBay's Safe Payments Policy for a seller to request payment with these methods, as these types of payments are unsafe if you're paying someone you don't know.

-- If You've Already Sent Payment or Shipped an Item --
- - If you already sent payment for an off-eBay transaction, or if you're a seller who already shipped an item to a fraudulent buyer, we suggest you take the following steps:

-- Contact the payment service you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, most card issuers provide consumer protections in instances of online fraud.

- - If you sold and shipped an item to a fraudulent buyer, contact the carrier you used to ship the item. You might be able to receive additional assistance from the shipping service. If it was sent through the United States Postal Service, you may want to file mail fraud charges. Please go to:
U.S. Postal Inspection Service

- - Report the fraudulent buyer or seller both to law enforcement officials in your area, and in the area where the buyer or seller lives. To find law enforcement agencies by area, please visit:
USACOPS: Police Departments, Sheriffs' Offices, Officers, and Other Law Enforcement Agencies

When you contact a law enforcement officer, please explain the following:

- eBay will be happy to help with the officer's investigation.
- For more information on how the officer can contact eBay, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter...forcement.html

-- You may also want to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). The IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National White Collar Crime Center. The IC3 will review complaints and refer information to the appropriate local, state, or federal agency. To file a complaint with the IC3, please go to:
Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home

We also need you to take a few minutes to provide more information related to the transaction. The information you provide will allow us to work more effectively with law enforcement should an investigation occur. Please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/trans...side-eBay.html

Click the "Item Bought Outside of eBay" or "Item Sold Outside of eBay" link.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

eBay Customer Support

Stealth is the answer. But eBay/PayPal ALWAYS have a reason for banning an account. To make the new accounts last, you should try to fix whatever the problem was. Sometimes the problems are major and sometimes minor. Some problems are of your own making, and some are not.

From the emails you posted, it looks like your PayPal account was somehow involved in fraudulent activity. Even if you had nothing to do with it, it may be as simple as this. But it could also be something else.

You said you had 100% positive feedback. Was there any reason for a customer to complain directly to eBay or PayPal without leaving negative feedback?

What type of items were you selling? Just the category, not the specific items.

Were your items authentic?

Was this your real account?

How long did you have the account for?

The answers to these questions will help us zero in on what happened here...

This is exactly why PP will never, ever get my SS#. And I will never give them any real info again. It doesn't help.

Some people seem to think that if they give up real info, it's a feather in their cap, and PP will be easier on them. Negative.

Default Trut. Never ever give PP, EB real IDs

I gave all real docs. before, but they never ever reinstate back accounts as they requested. However, once a time. I made up all photos and docs, they accepted.
So wired, isn't it? But that's EB & PP, no reason, no true of fault.
They are always right!

B001 Appeals suspension account is gone, this is the devision that mostly checks if you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ merchandise or not, this all started to happen recently, now ebay a big mess about it. Trent and James are the most anal people over there, they never release any accounts. Those two guys know all ins and out of the system and check all similar listing etc....
