Would it be ok for me to change my address in Ebay as long as I spell my name different or loose one of the t's in Chalmette. One account has all of the real info and there is one more that has similar info just slight changes. Thanks so much in advance!!

Why would changing your name effect what you do with your address? Is your post worded correctly?

LOL! Sorry ya'll...i just re-read it and all i can say is pregnant brain moment:) Just curious about changing my address on an old account...if i could just spell it a little different? won't even try to explain my thought process in that first post...ha.

Hi-if that's your name-its not very common- so my opinion is dropping 1 T- would still be close. Now if it were Clark that's different. If on the other hand, you're thinking to switch an address within ebay (either physical or email) its too late, if the accts banned... -- start fresh with Aspkins Guide -- If I remember correctly,you had goods to sell..Did you ever try the Sellers Assts? Or a local Ups/ shipping store in your area to sell on commission?

I signed up with a friend's info who told me "if there is anything that I can do to help you, go ahead," then when he found out he had an ebay account went ballistic. I went into ebay and changed everything without incident, but tlet the ebay account go dormant. Now Paypal is another story in my experience. Once the name goes in there it is like writing it in stone. You can change CC's email and street addys but the name is there forever...if anyone has had a different experience, please let me know.

The account isn't banned...just an old one that I forgot about and wanted to change my street address...
