What happens to active listings when I am suspended?
 

My parents were just suspended for "at least 14 days" from eBay for trying to sell a toy cap gun internationally!

They had ten or more items posted and actively listed at the time of their suspension. They are very concerned that all those postings are gone forever!! Does anyone know what happens to those listings? Will they be there when they get "reinstated"?

When you're suspended from ebay, and have listings currently active, they are automatically taken down. When your account gets reinstated your listings should be in a category for items that didn't sell. All you have to do is click relist for each auction, and then their back up and running.

normally they get taken down, depending on suspension they are shown either as unsold or they just disappear from view completely, and you cannot get them back so have to make listing again in the future, even if you press your email lisitng confirmation that usually takes you to listing, it will show just a removed message
