Default MC019 on my best account

I picked up a great item from a business that shut down. List the item and get slapped w/ MC019 within 12 hours of listing.

Of course I don't have a receipt, and I provided original pics in the listing.

This is Bull$h*t

Your feedback? How new account? Mode of operation? etc.

my feed back is nearly 1700 @ 100% pos.
I noted the item was slightly used and taken in from a business that was closing.
The pic wasn't even a stock photo, how can people sell things they recoever from tag sales & flea markets if Ebay has the potential to flag first, w/out confirmation?
Where else can I sell my items?

You can always try other venues like Amazon, craigslist, etc. eBay is not the only option.
But I feel you... good luck with it...

if i have read correctly on ebay help/seller pages you cannot compare a phone to a brand or it will be taken down. you cannot say clone also in your listings. maybe some have passed by, but to be safe don't put clone or compare it to a brand.

If you list a generic item and then use a trademark to describe it (in this case, Blackberry) eBay considers that to be keyword spamming - as it might show up in searches for "blackberry".

Also, when you advertise a "Blackberry Clone" then it comes very close to being, in eBay's eyes, counterfeit.
