ccnow and a suspended ebay account

Is it possible to send an invoice though ccnow to a customer on a suspended eBay account?

When I include the auction number ccnow informs me that it can not find the auction and and check the item number.

If they are suspended it is as if they were never there when you go to look for anything they ever sold or in your case bought.
Can anyone confirm.

Hi- Yes, once YOUR ebay acct gets suspended, that message comes up..
BUT... (now read B-E-T-W-E-E-N the lines)..

You need an ebay Item number,
and the buyers email
and the amount

Then send the invoice..
