Debit Card Not accepted??
 

I was creating a new account at the library and went down to walgreens to pick up a prepaid Debit Card, and ebay nor paypal will accept it??? its a Visa Gift Card, I even registered the card on the site under the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address I was using. Did I just get the wrong card or is there something I am mising?

Don't know if it is the card or the way the info was registered. I've always used the same card and never had a problem with it once I knew how to enter the bogus info on the card site so it would match the info given to EB and PP.
I guess we would need to know the exact type of card that it was and others can share their experiences.
