What kind of selling limit is this?

How to beat it?

Damn, ebay said as long as my feedback goes up, the limit will be removed.

I would like to sell list in another category such as "other" , but it turns out, that has a limit as well. Don't know if it is just me because of what I sell. Only thing to do to raise those limits is aquire more feedback. I have an account that has a lot of positive feedback and no selling limit.
