FPA Suspension

Got this the other day on a newly created account. I had the DBA, Checking Act, Debit card all setup, just tried selling too much stuff right away. For reinstatement, they want the usual docs. Can these be photoshped?? What do I do about the Photo ID, I used all new info from any other account, Address, PH, Bank etc. Should I just scrap it and try again?
