4 x mc019 strange?
 

got my 4th mco19 today and feared the worst as i had a 7 day restriction on the 2nd violation a 30 day restriction on the 3rd and today i recieved another 7 day restriction, thought it might have been worse than that, anyone have any ideas why the punishment was less on the 4th??

Sounds like you were lucky - or maybe quite sometime passed before your last violation so your account was in the clear.

you would think so but these violations have all been in the past 2 months?, first one on 22/09 then 25/09 then 12/10 and today so quite short space of time, i would point out that 2 are trademark violations and 2 are copyright violations all vero but i thought both were the same?.

to me sounds like a matter of time and the account is kaboomed!!!

start a new one and be more careful. Whatever your selling ebay doesnt like or you never slowed down
