Quick and Easy Clean-up Steps to take BEFORE Going Incognito....

Yep. What are they? What do I do BEFORE following the steps in the guide.

Knowing now, I should never link back to my suspended account, I want to make sure I'm done dealing with it all, THEN create, my new accounts.

I need to know which steps are absolutely necessary, and which not too important, or don't matter. Also will any clean-up cause red flags? I'll make my list and appreciate feedback.

I'm guessing this is what needs to be done.

1 - Close eBay store attached to acct #1
2 - Close Ebay acct #1, restricted account (can still buy)
3 - Close Ebay acct #2 in good standing
4 - Close Ebay acct #3 1 yr old, haven't bought or sold.

All those accounts have real name and attached to same paypal. Have different emails.

5 - Close Auctiva account (attached to ebay accts #1 & #2)
6 - Close Paypal account & debit card. (still has money in it)

Is this all necessary? Or do I quit accessing stuff and move on?

Yea, you just stop accessing that stuff, it doesn't matter if you leave them open or not.

It's just everything on your side you need to clean up and change.

As long as you follow the steps you will be fine.
