can i leave the suspended account unpaid while my pp is still good?
 

i have a 2-yr old ebay account with over 1000+ feedback just got suspended permanently. it was a 7-day suspension,but they didn't reinstate it after 7 days. i first emailed them, but didn't hear back after 3 days. then i called in, i was told to take the tutorial and wait 48 hrs to get it reinstated. i took the tutorial but on the 2nd day, i got an email that ebay has no plan to reinstate my account. so it's gone. i didn't call again, should i?

i still have $70+ fees to pay, im not sure whether i should pay or not. my paypal is still good, never got limit since it was opened. should i pay the $70? will ebay take the money from my paypal if i leave it unpaid? or will they limit my paypal? i didn't set paypal as auto pay.

i have another question:
i have another ebay account registered with the same info and linked to the same paypal. can i use this ebay account to list something? will i get suspended right away?

nobody knows? can somebody help me please?
