Default my eBay account(don't wanna lose!)

Hi guys,

Our situation is this: we lost a paypal account due to their inability to verify a completely legitimate ssn. I had a 3 year old eBay account with 6 buying feedback that I found and I cleared all my cookies and began using AOL as my browser to get a new ip address. The only link between one of the accounts that was suspended and this one is the first and last name used on the new account. The addresses are different and the phone number is also different. We sell designer shoes that are used and we are afraid to jump in too quickly, is there any guidelines that we should follow in order to not lose my old account. Any help is appreciated and I'm sorry if my post is jumbled as it is nearly 5am and I am doing anything I can to restore our business. We also took out a loan to sustain our business during this time so it is vital that we do not lose this account. Thanks everyone!

Sounds like you should be ok. Although its 3 years old start slowly. Don't start with the shoes, sell something else, household items for example. Create a back up account while slowly building the current one.

Spend all the time you can on the forum before you really start selling. Maybe even create an account you don't care about losing maybe as a test run. I did this and im glad I did cause I made some mistakes, but by then the back up account was a month old and I didn't make the same mistakes.

Just make sure your cookies are clear, you change your Ip address. Don't use the same auciton descriptions and titles, create a new Paypal account or use a Merchant account to accept funds. etc

And do some research in the forums. Lots of good info here.

Good luck!
