eBay dont see any faxed documents now?
 

I have 2 accounts, faxed documents they asked for in the past week for 3+ times. Not a response till now, do i need to call them or what? do u have similar problems?

well i think your find they do take there time about things its not that they dont see faxed items

Trust me...it's just gonna take some time to get the faxes read and approved.

Took me almost 45 days of faxings to get my accounts UN limited. NO FREAKING JOKE PEOPLE!

I sent them all required documents through fax 1 month ago and i haven't received any answer yet. I'm thinking that my account never will be reinstated.

Just wondering when you send in documents. Does ebay call you or email you about the documents or do they just reinstate your account?

They just reinstate then send an email.

My accounts always get reinstated within 3 days; sometimes even 20 minutes during the AM hours. You just have to keep a sharp eye open to find the magic number ;-) - In the UK anyway.

I'm trying to call them but no luck. Any suggestions??. Thanks in advance.

When I submitted my docs (AUS), if it is uploaded you receive no email, only confirmation of when the a/c is or is not re-instated.

When I faxed it through, I got an email to confirm they got my fax, followed by the in/out email a few days later. Hope this helps

Is there an advantage to faxing? I have never faxed, always upload. And for the most part just a few days. not sure if it matters either way. But damn, 30-45 days? ouch

I'll proceed to re-check info i sent because i've never received any email about it.
