what method to verify new seller account

Which is the best method to verify a new seller account. ie ebay asks how you would like to pay your fees. Do you select bank account and credit card? Paypal account? or what....? Is it an issue that the bank is in my real name? Thanks

yes,now i have same problem.
vcc high risk
cc i don't have...

VCC isn't high risk. I use VCCs since 3 years on all accounts.

Vcc's work just fine, you just have to know what you are doing.
when ebbay ask how you would to pay your fees you put in either a giftcard to take the fees from like a cc, or use a vcc with a high loaded amount $$$ on it.
