Ok have this message come up when I want to sell, how can I get it removed??

You need to log into your PP account and see what information they are asking from you. Then you need to supply them with whatever they are asking for.

I had a look and there was a limitation on paypal, but when I called them they said they are putting a stop on my account as I've hit the limits.
