I don't get how this would work, if eBay already has his info and you tried to use the same info, you'll be linked and both accounts will go down. So whats the point of this?

"No problem for me"...OK so even if that is possible to do you will sell few items and get suspended again but you end up ruining some innocent power seller by getting his account suspended as well...Nice thinking snake

The innocent powerseller as you call them are the ones that report your items to ebay and ebay take their word that you have dodgy gear as they trust the powerseller.

Snake...I have not been a member of this board for a very long time and the time I spent in here I learned a great deal about getting back into selling in ebay after you become NARUed. With that said, I always interpreted this discussion board's main objective was the SELLER vs unfair eBay policies and trying to find a way back into selling again. I am a power seller. I sell authentic VERO items and yet I have absolutely no problems with other sellers selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and I have never reported ⊗⊗⊗⊗ listings. The basic principle of selling in a open market place like ebay allows the good sellers to thrive and not so good sellers to struggle. Yet my opinion is that ALL sellers should be allowed to sell in ebay and ebay has no place to NARU a seller for any reason. Consumers are not naive and it is them that will eventually decide on seller's fate.
