paypal suspended , ebay suspended
 

paypal suspended me so did ebay , loads of my recent buyers then opened disputes bringing my paypal to negative 300 pound , if they then escelate to a claim and win it , ebay cant use paypal as a reimbursement method. so when the claim is finished would they take the hold off the paypal funds then seek reimbursement through say a debit or credit card, im really nervous can someone please help me , i dont want my paypal transactions to be held as well as paying back reimbursment payment.

just let paypal reimburse them, otherwise you could be out of money twice.

I dont see why when paypal hold money, they dont give you the option to rimburse th held money, it would save them alot of time, but I think it is because they want to keep the money and earn interest, but it annoys both buyers and sellers and makes matters worse. bad system

can they really do that??? or are you just guessing?

just found out if eBay claim is closed in buyer favor pay-pal will take away the hold from the transaction then seek reimbursment from the seller through ebay.

no Im not guess!!! paypal hold goes on all ebay buyer claims, even if not escalated, thats the problem, if you come to an agreement before or during case, ebay doesn get to see it , as its meant to be a discusion betwen parties, hold remains for much longer, buyer has to close case for hold to come off and for u to refund, which they are not going to do!! or it has to b escalated for eay to decide which is unecesary and time consuming - as I said no leeway
