Can i get my account back? i am new to ebay.
 

Hello guys...
I started to shop on ebay about a mounth and half ago.

I am from Brazil. And here we have a site similar to ebay, that is called mercadolivre (MercadoLivre Brasil - Onde comprar e vender de Tudo.) .. Ebay has marketshare of this site and they are partners... So... i bought in this brazilian site a cdkey from microsoft - windows 7 ultimate.
This stuff i bought is original, it works fine, and i am using in my computer... So i decided to sell 1 serial key on ebay. When i sold 1 cdkey, i just bought one on the brazilian site to resell on ebay... The guy who bought sent a email for me and told me that he was happy with the key...

But who was unhappy was me, because i got an email message from ebay saying that i got SUSPENDED !!

Can someone with more experience tell me if i could get my account back?

They say in the email that i have to confirm identity , adress, and that i own the product.

If i can prove that i bought a few days ago in that site the cdkey, is it enough ?

I just sold one cdkey and that was it, i didnt announce a lot of cd keys like others sellers...

Is it forever? or can be a time suspension?

REGARDSSS FROM BRAZIL

Unless you have the ID documents - and EVEN then you are not guaranteed - then you can push for reinstatement but it's not automatic. Since you are selling cd keys (digital item), eb ay and pa yp al don't like that so I would say your account is done.

Get eBay stealth and start anew. Welcome to the forums and all the best.

im happy to say that they accept my fax with the attached documents and now i am back on ebay

they did it fast, after 4 hours from the time i sent the fax i had it back.
