account suspended: is it vcc problem
 

Hello, just want to share things..

I get suspended, of course :suspicious:

And I registered a new account, under new IP address, new user accounts on windows, new paypal account, new names etc..

in the end, still suspended after 1 day verified as a buyer & seller.

Indonesian's redirected to eBay singapore site, so we need VCC to verify buyer and seller.

I asked ebay what is the matter and they say "Suspicious Funds Instrumental"

is it because the VCC I use to verify them ? :(

Because I dont have any Credit card :(

Anyone ? :(

Not a lot of details - you need to be very clear on what you used and how you used it. Suspicious Funds Instrument? You received funds?

For help, I would need more details - but then again my help is useless compared to some of the other more well-versed powerful folx who will respond later on...

Ok I'll explain..

When I register an account, ebay asked for a credit card for verification.
I don't have any credit card, so I used VCC that people selling.

1. VCC submitted after registration = Succeed.

And I want to become a seller, soI went to the "Site map" and Click "Add or Update CC on file" (Creating Seller Account).

And I input the VCC to create my seller account, Done, I am officially a registered seller on ebay, but it wont last for long.

Within 24 hours, my account is suspended due pending verification. And when I asked ebay about how to appeal the suspension, they say you can't, because your account status is still on review and it said "SUSPICIOUS INSTRUMENTAL FUNDS".

No, I havent received any fund at all... :(

Ah ok - and do you sell without any feedback? I am fairly sure your problem is you are trying too fast to sell. You need to go slow and do some buying before.

No, I haven't start selling or buying feedback.
The account is remain silent after verification.
and it was suspended 18 hrs after the verification done :(

Do you know why :(

You're accounts are being linked some way... Did you clear cookies/flash cookies?

Cookies cleared
Flash Cookies Cleared
IP Changed
Different windows user accounts.

all DONE :(

It must be the VCC. You need to try a different VCC provider.

I also believe it's the VCC.
I do have AVS VCC but it' cant verified as a buyer, because its a debit card..

A debit card? That does not constitute a VCC at all though...

Which card did you use? Quicker to say

i had the same problem as well open new ebay account and paypal with a vcc everything was fine then the next day my paypal was limited, i didnt sell or buy didn't even have a chance, paypal said they need more information of who i'am, so i reckon it the vcc which i brought on here are not working

I like to make about 10 paypals in one day and add vcc & bank to them and then just let them sit for a month or two then all ready to use :D Thats my personal way of doing it
