I am a seller just got suspended..please help.=(

I got my account around 1 year, didnt really use it until end of Nov,07
In the last 2 months, I became Powersaler with 100% positive feedback.
Feb 4 Monday, I found out that my account has been suspended. As follow message:

"We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.

"Abusing eBay" of the eBay User Agreement states, in part:

"...we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies."

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the registering of a new account.

Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method currently on file.

Plus I got the voice message from ebay (I missed the call), told me that my account has been suspended, just message them for any question.

Of coz I replied 2 messages, and surly...there is no respon.

Congratulations on your first suspension! :)

Go read the guide on how to get started again on eBay and make sure you follow every step as it is laid out.

This sucks, first theres seller non performance policy for a negative, now abusing ebay... My items are instantly recognizeable and most sell for over $5000. Is there anything I can do to get my account reinstated? This is my second time being wiped out, I wish I would have found this site sooner and found out about ebay tracking my every move. I was wondering how they always knew when I was shill bidding ;)

Stop selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ bape. I can't talk, i made 10k in a month with that back in 06....now the fad is over

Try appealing the suspension, faxing them all the docs..your drivers lic, util bill etc.

I actually bought a BAPE hoodie from china last week to see what the quality was, and it was awful.

If you WERE selling Bape hoodies, that would certainly put a red flag against your name.

It's like the lacoste polo. Fantastic shirts, absolutely identical to the real ones, even the weaving on the material. Real are about £60, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ are $5. I know which one I'd go for :)
