My Ebay get restriction of selling
 

I cant not listing any new items any more. That is what ebay said. But my ebay still good for buying. I also have one account that linked to this account too.
Is it safe to use it (Same Paypal)?
Is it possible to create another account to sell stuff again?
Please advice me

You could use the other account but in some time, it WILL go down. Best to make fresh new stealth account.

When you say restriction of selling what exactly did you mean? Did they give you a limit per 30 days or you can never list again?

I cant list any item forever

This is the email that ebay sent me:
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your account restriction.

I can understand your frustration in wanting more information regarding
what led us to take this action on your account and I appreciate the
additional information that you have provided. I have reviewed your
case and in light of the additional review, it has been decided to
reinstate this account as a buying account only.

Please understand that we have a responsibility to ensure eBay stays a
safe and secure place to buy and sell. eBay is taking a tougher stand to
prevent fraud and negative buying experiences on our site and to
maintain a safe marketplace; we sometimes have to remove certain
privileges from member’s accounts.

Unfortunately, we don't allow members to continue selling on eBay if
they're unable to fulfill their obligations to their buyers or if they
pose a significant risk to the eBay community. I realize that this may
be frustrating and inconvenient, but we believe that not implementing
these security measures would foster an unreliable and untrustworthy
marketplace. There are websites that do not make attempts to verify the
goods being sold through them. Many of these websites consequently
suffer from more bad buying experiences. Customers know this, and often
choose not to use those websites. To maintain a level of safety and
integrity, we believe that making an extra effort to maintain a safe
site is a necessity.

We understand that you may be disappointed about our decision to
terminate your selling privileges; however, we still want you be a
member of the eBay community and will be leaving your buying privileges
to purchase items from other sellers intact.
Also, please keep in mind that you are restricted from selling with any
eBay account. If eBay finds associated accounts circumventing the
outline of our original decision, the related account will be suspended
with no chance for appeals. This may also affect your current account
and appeals processes it may hold in the future.

This is a new one...cannot really put my finger on what triggered this!
