Quick question about new account
 

I have a quick question about a new account. My sellers account recently got linked back to a older suspended account, and thus it was suspended as well. I have purchased the ebook and have one question.

I have an established ebay sellers account that a friend no longer uses and is willing to let me take over. My question is, if I open a new paypal account in MY name, will that link me back to my old suspended accounts? The reason I am asking and not using his name, is the new PayPal/IRS law that issues the Tax forms to PayPal accounts after accepting so much money.. If I should not open the new PayPal account in my name, what are my other options?

It's really hard for eBay and Paypal to link by name alone, they need more than that to
link you, like you using the same ip as a suspended account.
