Ebay suspension due to linking old accounts
 

I have had a account I have been using for over a year with no problems I am a power seller, the other day I got a message that they had linked my account with one the belonged to my son and a very old account I had. Anyway I decided to open a new account in my BF name (with his permission) We are using a new email, address, city, and phone number. My question is one I opened the account with the same computer but now I am worried about the ip address, if I can it before I go back into the new account and not go into the old account will it be ok, and two I am delinking everything from the paypal account which was already in his name, and change the address etc. if they anyway they can link the accounts?

From my experience ebay will not link you for IP alone, however it may lead to your account being looked at with greater scrutiny
