MC169 suspension avoided

i had botched up something on my account..no linking info..but i decided to cancel the account. i did. account was closed..3 days later this account is suspended?

ebay chat didnt help so i called ebay (via stealth) and asked what the problems was.
they didnt like that i closed the account so soon after verification. so i was re verified and now the i was allowed to close the account.

lol, so you leave the account, but you don't close it. what is the point in closing a stealth account anyways? im trying to get the point?

lol I'm also confuse on why in the world would you waste your time on a stealth account even if you did make a mistake on the name.

even if you closed the stealth they still have it on file and could link to you in the future if you were thinking the opposite. just throwing some info in.:)

the only reason i closed it cause i created a few stealth accounts.
now these new accounts are linked. if one goes down, they all follow.
best to terminate the problem with one account so it doesn't effect the others.

for now i have a 'clean' slate with the stealth accounts.

good news is that the problems is resolved and the account was reinstated..then closed by me...so no accounts are suspended...
so they are up and running..some sales have been made!

Still does not make any sense but if you did make a mistake and possibly linked them you will know soon enough.

Sometimes it might take a few days, week etc to really find out.

I find this a bit funny. You're trying to close an account, to get away from eBay, but they instead suspend you saying "no, you can't close the account, we'll suspend you!"

I wonder if you attached your lawyers name and info(one in their area) in the faxing of documents, if ebay and pay pal would be less likely to pull the bs they do?
