i will open new ebay account (dont want to loss time) but can i stay with my old paypal account?
if i will need to open a new paypal account how i will withdrawn my moeny as it will have to be gift card paypal?
i have the amazon book i think its a lmost teh same info as opne a new ebay account so only paypal info am not sure of.

Yes, you need a new paypal account with your new ebay id.

Paypal can't see the name of the bank account you link to a paypal account. Just link up an account that's in your name and you can withdraw the money into that account whenever you want.

1)it is possible to have 2 paypal account that have the same card info and bank account only different email?
2) also can i "link" a new paypal account and in the post ask the moeny to be pay to the old paypal ?
3) i now you can add more emails to paypal so if i will add new email to paypal will it be ok for ebay or they are not so idiot?

1. No. Need all new info on everything. This is mentioned several times across the boards. I suggest you read them.

2. Ehhh, you'll get caught. Some d-bag somewhere will report the item and it'll only attract attention to you in the long run.

3. They are not so idiot. You need a whole new paypal.

i see but:

my problem that I am not a USA so if I will open new paypal account how I will withdraw the money from it to international account?
I have no problem to but a new account but how I will get money back to me?
