I had an eBay account limited because of low DSR's. It is not suspended fully because I can sell 17 items a month up to $3500 total until I get my DSRs up. It is a 13 years old account tied to an old PayPal account which is in good standing. Now the rules under my ebay limitation state I cannot create any new accounts while my current one is limited but what about using an old account that is not mine?

My question is, if I use a friends account which is about 7 years old using all stealth tactics such as new ip's etc, can I use my existing PayPal address which was used with my limited account above.

Will my friends ebay account be doomed because I use my paypal account even though it is in good standing?

Yes, that will instantly link your friends accounts to yours and vise-versa.

Yes, I would not risk it. I would even be happy with this limitation, I find the number 17 as your auctions weird, I was at the same place but got 15 items max and 3000$ a month. This clearly shows there are no rules in that place, they do what they want.

shows that your understanding of stealth needs more tuning. Be careful what you do until you read the forums +/- guide.
