Can anyone explain this????
 

I open a new account using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP # and they suspended me and this is what they said "Your eBay account has been suspended. eBay took this action after determining that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies" ???? Can anyone explain....

Do you mean ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID or IP? To make a new account after suspension you must
also change your IP, clear cookies, be careful of what details you tell ebay.
Your new account must be completely different from your suspended account.
In other words, you must make a new trail and have nothing to link you even
and especially paypal.

I re-formated my computer, re regested with ebay using a new name, address,postal code and phone #. I use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP number and cleared all cookies. So everything is new....It lasted 2 days. And the sent me a suspention notice.......I have not linked paypal in anyway.

Buyers or Sellers account? If it is a sellers you have moved too quick.
Some users go to a completely different computer to create the account. Have you kept a track of IP address? Do you use DSL, cable
or dial up?

In my case, i use the same Laptop that i use to geta lot of suspended acc, but i reformat it, and it is fine, I create acc. everyday now, so far have Brand new 9 accounts, and i use only 1 to run auction, the others just keep it sit for 1 month, sometimes, i use the others bid on that one, it is still fine, BUT Ironically, Whenever i try to create new paypal acc. Use everything New, as i follow the rule in this forum, but still get same message that "I'm sorry you are not allowed to add bank account now because your account has access limited."..??? What ta HELL is that?? I don't get it, I use Brand New Checking acc, I have one for local bank with my real name and address and the other on ACCNow with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and real address..but still..cannot get verified..but that paypal account which i tried to add bank acc. wasn't limited, it is just fine, i didn't see step how to move the limit, but i cannot add my checking account....While my Ebay is running fine, Open 2 weeks, list 3 auctions each day for 5 days, total 12 auctions, start $0.99, ended today 4 auctions, and it is fine, but i have to tell customer that i cannot accept paypal right now, i can ship to them first if they're not comfortable. I HAVE NO CHOICE...I just wait someone Here in Forum to Post How they do for faxing stuff to Ebay for Merchant account. It is kind of weird that I use the same computer, also use ccleaner, ..NO problem for Ebay so far, But Paypal!!!....

Exactly what do you mean by "⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP number"? Are you on a proxy or what?

im using the program "hide or ip address" it hide the original IP address and replaces it with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one.... Im on cable with wireless router.

I don't think eBay likes those kind of proxies. That's probably what's getting you flagged.

Does this problem have anything related to the IP address thread?

I got one of those abusing EBay suspensions on my account. I was suspended indefinitely and I am convinced it was one of those proxies because it switched from a U.S. IP until the next time I logged in, it was a British IP.

that could very be it... Im in canada and the IP address is from the US ...UMMMMM:(

yeah those hide ip things suck. i dont think they're fully anonymous.

if you want a real "ip hider" use VPN, or dialup.

^^^ pretty much what I would do. Ebay don't like proxies, raises suspicion.
