Account restriction non-seller performance
 

Hi there,

Like most of you, I've been burnt by this red herring. Now basically, the restriction is such that as a buyer, I'm unaffected but as a seller, no more selling for me.

Just wondering as to this, if any member of my family were to open an account with ebay linked with their own paypal, the only common information would be the address as suppose the family member lives with me then would ebay close it down even if the ebayer is completely a different person living under the same address?

My plan is to use my current acc as a buyer acc and let my sister open an acc which I can use as a seller acc.
