Suspended ebay account but never had a paypal account??

I had a ebay account about a year ago that was suspended, but I didn't have a Paypal account. Now my question is if I get a family member to create a sellers account for me on Ebay and I open a Paypal account in my own name will I have any problems?

No shouldnt do, just make sure that you change your IP address from the one that ebay logged on your suspended account. The issue with the pp account, i'm not entirely sure if ebay will be able to suspend you because you have real details on your new pp account, as far as I know ebay will only link you if you use a PP account that has been associated with a suspended account.
